The ICO platform Sonar, founded by well-known investor Cobie, has officially launched its first project Plasma, seeking to raise $50 million.

Plasma co-founder Paul Faecks stated that 10% of the XPL tokens will be publicly issued, with plans to raise $50 million, corresponding to a total token valuation of $500 million.
