Strategy Strengthens Dominance with the Acquisition of 4.020 BTC Worth US$427 Million**

Strategy, a company previously known as MicroStrategy, once again reinforcts its position as the largest corporate Bitcoin (BTC) holder in the world. This company acquired 4,020 BTC between 19-25 May 2025 worth US$427 million, with an average price of US$106,237 per coin, so the total ownership now reaches 580,250 BTC.

Strategy's total investment in Bitcoin now reaches US$40,61 billion with an average price of US$69,979. With the current price of Bitcoin, the value of its portfolio exceeds US$64 billion, confirming the superiority of Strategy compared to other corporations in terms of accumulation of crypto assets.

This latest purchase is fully funded through the sale of shares in three *at-the-market* (ATM) programs, without using debt. Strategy sold 847,000 ordinary shares (MSTR), 678,970 STRK preferred shares, and 104,423 STRF preferred shares, generating net funds for the purchase of Bitcoin.

The announcement of this purchase coincided with the increase in the price of Bitcoin above US$110,000, driven by the news of the postponement of US import tariffs to the European Union. The crypto market broadly responded positively, with major assets such as Ethereum, Solana, Dogecoin, and Cardano also recording significant increases.
