In fact, fitness 🏋️ still requires a high-carb diet
Thinking back to when I was 15, weighing 170 pounds, I managed to slim down to 120 pounds in 2 months through a high-carb diet combined with vegetarian food, without eating protein. I don't know if it was because I was young and energetic or if high carbs are really amazing, but at that time I felt energized like I was on turbo mode.
Over a decade has passed and this time my weight loss goal is to lose 30 pounds, using a low-carb fat reduction method. The results are very slow, and after indulging in a cheat meal a couple of days ago, I went a whole day without carbs yesterday 🙄 feeling down and not in a good mental state.
