Goldman Sachs: Gold is More Effective than BTC in Hedging Against the Risk of Dollar Collapse
According to news from Hash World, Daan Struyven, Co-Head of Global Commodities Research at Goldman Sachs, pointed out that gold is more effective than Bitcoin in hedging against the risk of a dollar collapse. Over the past three years, although both Bitcoin and gold have seen significant increases, Bitcoin has exhibited greater volatility and is more sensitive to drawdowns, with a higher correlation to tech stocks. Therefore, to guard against the risk of a stock market downturn, gold, due to its lower correlation and reduced volatility, has become a prominent positive allocation choice.
