It seems my altcoin index strategy is correct. By adjusting the weight ratio of different cryptocurrencies in the portfolio, I have constructed an altcoin index that tracks the major trends of altcoins. The benefits of buying the index mainly include risk diversification, reducing the impact of volatility of a single asset by investing in multiple cryptocurrencies and sectors; high transparency, clear tracking objectives, and simple net value calculations; suitable for long-term investment, allowing participation in the gains from market uptrends while avoiding the drawbacks of frequent trading.
