Updating the ATH is not just luck. It is backed by fundamental shifts. One of the main ones is the SEC's (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) turn towards supporting crypto.
Here are the official theses of the new head of the SEC:
— They will support innovations rather than block them.
— Ready for an open dialogue with the market.
— Clear rules for crypto assets will be developed.
— FinHub SEC will stop being a tool of pressure; functions will be distributed among departments.
— The new course is the integration of innovations into the regulator's culture.
This is a significant turnaround: the regulator now wants to help the development of crypto, not hinder it as before.
For funds, banks, and major players, this mitigates risks. And for the market, it provides a foundation for a new growth cycle. Or at the very least, a powerful trigger.
