Nasdaq-listed blockchain company BTCS has acquired 3,450 $ETH for a total of approximately $8.42 million, at an average purchase price of $2,441 per ETH, increasing its total ETH holdings to around 12,500—up 38% since the end of Q1 2025.Previously, BTCS reached an agreement with ATW Partners to raise $57.8 million through the issuance of convertible notes to fund further ETH purchases.
