The scenario hasn't changed much:
$BTC goes up strongly or goes up for a while, altcoins can't keep up, $BTC goes down again, altcoins hit a new bottom.
If $BTC keeps decreasing and adjusting continuously, it's determined that altcoins will continue to slow rug.
