Today ETH is experiencing a typical 'liquidation-style surge'.

Yesterday was a whole day of sideways action, with the low dropping below 2450, repeatedly consolidating. You might think there's no trend, but in fact, chips are being collected. After midnight, the K-line gradually pushed upward, beginning to trigger short stop-losses and switching to long positions.

The most critical point is that the liquidation density area was pierced from 2450 all the way to 2550, taking away all the short positions in this wave. The higher we go, the denser the liquidations become; currently, the densest accumulation of liquidations is in the range of 2590-2620. Once broken, the shorts will explode massively.

Now, the shorts are growing increasingly anxious while the longs are enjoying gains and forcing shorts to cover. The probability of the market continuing to rise under 'liquidation-driven' momentum is quite high.

For spot trading, hold what you have; for contracts, follow the rhythm. Don't hesitate too much; if the timing is right, profits will come.

If you wait to ask whether you can chase after the price goes up, you'll just watch others make money.

The next explosive point might be tonight.
