Lido DAO Launches Ethereum Auxiliary Proposer Mechanism (APM) Framework and Proposes Governance Committee
PANews May 20 news, according to the official Lido blog, Lido DAO has released the 'Auxiliary Proposer Mechanism' (APM) framework, aimed at helping node operators securely adopt new tools for building Ethereum blocks, such as Proposer-Builder Separation (PBS) and pre-confirmation mechanisms, to enhance efficiency and rewards while maintaining decentralization. The APM framework is divided into three layers: mechanisms (such as PBS), protocols (such as MEV-Boost), and auxiliary tools (such as Commit-Boost). To ensure secure deployment, Lido proposed the establishment of an APM Committee responsible for evaluating, approving, and maintaining the available APM list, ensuring it aligns with the values of Ethereum and Lido. Currently, this proposal has been submitted to the Lido governance forum, and community voting will soon begin.
