A class action lawsuit has been filed against the company Strategy and its founder Michael Saylor
The plaintiffs claim that the company misled investors: exaggerating the profitability of its Bitcoin strategy, failing to disclose the risks of volatility, and not notifying about potential losses due to changes in the accounting rules for digital assets.
The lawsuit was filed in the Eastern District Court of Virginia. Strategy stated that it will actively defend itself.
