24 years of making 15 million: A heartfelt confession from a veteran trader who stays up all night
To be honest, earning this much last year wasn't because of my amazing skills. It was purely because I endured enough losses and finally learned how to survive in the crypto world.
1. Stay up late, to the point of exhaustion
Do you think the crypto world works on an 8-hour work schedule? Wrong. The real market movements happen during the working hours of Europeans and Americans. I adjusted to a vampire schedule for three months last year—going to sleep at 8 PM and waking up at 3 AM, just to catch the foreigners pumping the market. The result? I caught three waves of late-night spikes in ETH, each starting at 30%.
2. Daytime crashes? That’s just giving you free money
The harder it drops during the Asian market, the more it spikes at night. During that July crash, Bitcoin dropped to 59,000 during the day, and the group was in despair. I quietly placed a buy order at 58,500, and that night the foreigners pumped it to 63,000. Remember: the worse the Asian market looks, the more you should secretly build your position.
3. Those long wicks are the market makers' tricks
