**Crypto Analyst Jason Pizzino Predicts Bitcoin’s Short-to-Medium-Term Bullish Run**

#btc70k

Prominent cryptocurrency analyst and trader Jason Pizzino has expressed optimism about Bitcoin’s (BTC) potential in the near to mid-term.

In a recent strategy session with his 351,000 YouTube subscribers, Pizzino pointed out that traditional assets like stocks and real estate are currently in the correction phase of an 18-year property cycle—a theory popularized by economist Fred Harrison. This cycle suggests that markets experience 14 years of growth followed by four years of decline.

Pizzino believes Bitcoin may undergo a major correction *before* traditional assets. He estimates that if the stock market and real estate peak around the first half of 2026, Bitcoin could hit its high earlier—potentially as soon as Q1 2026.

Despite anticipating a future correction, Pizzino expects Bitcoin to reach a new all-time high first. He outlined key price targets:

- Breaking past **$106,000** could push BTC toward **$108,000–$109,000**.

- A 75% swing from recent lows (~$74,000) could propel it to **$111,000**.

- A full 100% surge might even send Bitcoin to **$117,000**.

At the time of writing, Bitcoin is trading at **$103,912**, down nearly 5% from its January peak of just under **$109,000**.
