According to Foresight News and local media Pagina12, federal judge María Servini, who is handling the LIBRA token case, has ordered the Central Bank of Argentina to revoke the bank account confidentiality privileges of President Milei and his sister Karina Milei. It is alleged that Karina Milei had contact with some of the co-founders of Libra before the launch of the Libra token. Judge Servini had previously ordered the freezing of the finances of the three co-founders of the Libra memecoin and stated that prosecutors are still reviewing video evidence from one co-founder's mother and sister, who allegedly emptied a bank safe the day after Milei promoted the token. Additionally, the president and his sister have refused to attend a mediation hearing, which could lead to civil litigation. The subpoena was issued by an Argentine lawyer representing 25 foreign and domestic victims.
