Foresight News reports that according to Ember Monitoring, a whale address starting with 0x6ea4 has withdrawn 22.09 trillion PEPE from Binance to the blockchain in the last 25 hours, valued at 29.16 million USD. Excluding CEX addresses and those blacklisted by the official PEPE team, this address has become the second largest whale/institution address holding PEPE on the blockchain.
