Mango Season in Pakistan: A Delicious Journey from May to September Mango season in Pakistan is a lively and flavorful time, typically stretching from May through September. The peak period — when mangoes are at their sweetest and most abundant — falls between June and August. As of mid-May 2025, the season is just beginning in Rawalpindi, Punjab. What to Expect by Season: Early Season (May - June): The season kicks off with Sindhri mangoes from Sindh, now starting to appear in markets. Mid-Season (June - July): This is the heart of mango season, with popular Punjabi varieties like Langra and Dussehri becoming widely available. By late June and into July, the much-loved Multani Chaunsa (Samar Bahisht) and Anwar Ratol arrive. Late Season (July - September): Chaunsa and other late varieties continue to dominate the market during these months. Top Mango Varieties to Watch For: Sindhri: Dubbed the “Queen of Mangoes,” this large, oval mango features yellowish skin, sweet aroma, and smooth, fiberless pulp—ideal for milkshakes. Chaunsa: Considered the “King of Mangoes,” especially the Safaid Chaunsa, it’s rich, juicy, and extremely sweet. Notable types include Summer Chaunsa (early July), Black Chaunsa (mid-July), White Chaunsa (Nawabpuri), and Azeem Chaunsa, known for its extended shelf life. Langra: Distinguished by its green skin even when ripe, Langra offers a sweet aroma and soft, fiber-free yellowish-brown flesh. Dussehri: Famous for its juicy, aromatic, and intensely sweet pulp. Anwar Ratol: A small-sized mango with very thin skin and incredibly sweet, fiberless flesh. Production and Availability Highlights: Pakistan ranks among the world’s top five mango producers. Key growing regions include Punjab and Sindh, with Multan and Sindh being especially renowned for premium mangoes. While weather patterns may slightly affect timing, mangoes are expected to be widely available in Rawalpindi’s markets during the peak season. #mango $ETH $BNB $BTC

SAN DIEGO — A new analysis of matched cohorts with three years of follow-up suggests that patients with obesity and diabetes face a significantly lower risk of atrial fibrillation (AF) recurrence after ablation when treated with a glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist compared to other diabetes medications. Although the study was retrospective, it included data from over 2,500 patients who were taking either a GLP-1 receptor agonist or one of two comparator drugs, according to Dr. Varun Sundaram, section chief of Advanced Heart Failure at the Louis Stokes Cleveland Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center. #EthereumSecurityInitiative $ETH $XRP $BNB
