I really regret it now. I should have cut my losses when I had the chance, but I couldn't bring myself to do it, thinking the market would come back. Instead, I ended up holding on deeper and deeper. Watching my account turn more and more red day by day is really stressful. I wish I had been more rational at the time; the crypto market can't be won by just holding on.
This has been a harsh lesson, and I will never blindly hold positions again. Having a plan and risk management is the way to go. I hope others don't make the same mistake as I did.
