🟠 Tether acquired 4,812 $BTC for $458.7 million at an average price of $95.319 per coin.

🟠 These assets will become part of the new bitcoin vault Twenty One Capital, which plans to go public through a merger with SPAC Cantor Equity Partners.

🟠 At launch, the company will own over 42,000 $BTC, making it the third largest corporate holder of bitcoin after Strategy and MARA.
