Thai Finance Minister Pichai Chunhavajira announced that the cabinet has approved the issuance of $150 million worth of 'Digital Investment Tokens' (G-Tokens) within the next two months.
These tokens are positioned as non-debt instruments and will help finance the current budget borrowing plan and are expected to offer returns higher than traditional bank savings products.
