According to @niftytable's data dashboard, after the launch of the EIP-7702 feature brought by the Pectra upgrade (which allows ordinary EOA wallets to temporarily transform into smart wallets), approximately 10,209 EOA wallets have completed the authorization upgrade within a week! The top three delegated contracts and their authorization counts are: WhiteBitAccount (5172), OKX 7702 Wallet (2935), Metamask7702Delegator (1248). In simple terms, EIP-7702 introduces a brand new transaction type (Type 4), where users only need a single 'Set Code' transaction to authorize an external smart contract (Authorized Contracts) to assist them in executing operations, thereby allowing ordinary EOA wallets to temporarily possess the capabilities of a smart contract, such as batch processing transactions or zero Gas fees.
