超额抵押的代价：低效资本的死结在当前的稳定币体系中，超额抵押底层的是难以撼动的结构性桎梏。为了规避清算风险，用户需要以高比例抵押资产，从而牺牲了资本效率。不论是 Liquity 借出 LUSD 所需的 110% 抵押，还是 Satoshi Protocol 允许最低 120% 的比特币抵押率来铸造 satUSD，本质上都无法打破「1 美元抵押 ≠ 1 美元借贷」的高效资本困境。若想提升杠杆效率、释放沉睡资本，仅靠精细的清算机制远远不够，关键在于项目方如何调动系统中“无用”的冗余抵押资产，实现收益与风险的动态平衡。新酱最近在关注的新项目 @AltitudeFi_。目前仍处于 Closed Beta 阶段，DC拿白名。AltitudeFi 试图用收益驱动型的借贷架构改变传统 DeFi 的资本低效问题。它的机制可以这样理解： (1) “贷款省钱”不再是噱头，而是结构设计的产物： 🔵平台会自动扫描市场，为借款人调配最优利率。 🔵更关键的是，它会将未被使用的抵押品（即闲置资本）投入外部收益协议，获取额外回报。 🔵所获收益将自动回流，用于偿还贷款本金与利息，本质上用“收益养债”，为用户减负。 (2) 什么是闲置资本？举例而言，你抵押了价值 $1,000 的 ETH，理论上可以借出 $800 USDC（LTV = 80%）。但你只借了 $300（LTV = 30%），剩下未动用的 $500 就是“沉睡”的资本，AltitudeFi 将把资本投向更高效的收益路径。 (3) 抵押资产价格波动时怎么办？ 🔵 若 ETH 价格上涨，你的 LTV 自动下降，AltitudeFi 会提升杠杆，让更多资产参与收益生成。 🔵 若 ETH 下跌，系统则自动减仓，调低借贷比，降低清算风险。整个过程无需用户手动干预，以算法代替情绪，实现抵押贷款的动态优化。在结构性利率压缩与流动性外溢的时代，让资产动起来，比保证不动更具价值。AltitudeFi 的尝试并非颠覆性的重建，但在清算保护之外，引入“收益回流”机制，或许正是超额抵押时代的最优解之一。
