个人观点，如果对内地投资者收境外的投资税会间接导致以下现象 A HK的身份再次值钱，尤其是不想移民，但是身价起飞的加密市场的大散户 B 对中概和小盘美股都是毁灭性打击，前者是最大的买盘折腰了，后者是流动性再次损失一波良好的进口韭菜。 C 分红股会继续受到追捧，尤其是持续分红10年以上，生意可以做100年以上的公司。金融股则例外。

美股对于资本利得税也比我们国家要高一些，尤其是单笔大额盈利，这也变相导致了，美股你真的做主动交易其实面临大量的税务成本，还不如直接买主动基金省事。而散户主动购买最适合的反而是高分红类的股票，选择一些百年老店每年就缴纳一些分红税，剩余的拿来直接取出来消费，避免波动收税。 PS:目前也有大量的传言美股交易者可能被要求交税的新闻，不好评价。但对于大额盈利者，尤其是大量还汇入境内的，确实这个风险不可低估。 PS:港股的资本利得也比较恶心， 直接导致了AH溢价的长期存在。A股持有一年分红就不收税了。主动交易散户赚再多也不收。（所以门槛低，大家乱这折腾，反而亏大钱···）
