BTC broke below 1025 early yesterday morning and fell to 1006, then rebounded to 1030, but declined again to 1014. The current price remains at 1025. As mentioned in yesterday's live stream, if it breaks below 1025, we should consider shorting on the rebound.
From the market perspective, compared to the previous days, it is slightly weaker, so the first choice today after a rebound is to short. The downward range from 1058 to 1006 is 5200 points, and the rebound range from 1006 to 1030 is 2400 points. Therefore, if we are going to short today, there shouldn't be too much of a rebound; around 1035-1036 is about the limit. If the rebound is too strong, we can't maintain the downward momentum.
As mentioned in yesterday's live stream, after breaking below 1025, it is very likely that this week will not reach new highs. The next levels down are 1005 and 990, which are the support levels. If it successfully moves down today, there is a very good chance at 990.
So, if you are looking to go long, you can focus around the 990 area. Overall, the market is still strong for bulls, just temporarily weakened in the short term.
Additionally, it is important to note that the US dollar and US stocks have recently rebounded strongly, and there is a possibility that some funds from the BTC market may flow out. Of course, this is just my personal opinion.
