BlockBeats news, on May 13, according to official news, YZi Labs announced the investment terms for the global incubation program EASY Residence aimed at fields such as Web3 and AI.
The program will invest $500,000 in each selected startup; this investment is divided into two parts:
1. In the form of a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE), purchase 5% equity for $150,000 (plus other rights, if applicable).
2. In the next round of financing after the demo day, the startup will receive an additional $350,000 SAFE with no cap.
According to previous news, YZi Labs announced the launch of EASY Residence, a 10-week global incubation program aimed at early teams in the fields of Web3, artificial intelligence (AI), and healthcare. The first phase of the project will kick off on June 2, 2025, in Silicon Valley, California, where 10 to 20 selected teams will receive support, concluding on August 10, 2025. Applications are now open, with a deadline of May 21, 2025.
