Why did the talk result in positive news, but $BTC did not rise?

This is not good news for BTC, and US stocks have become more attractive. That’s why you see the Nasdaq up 4%, while BTC has not moved much.
It is expected that BTC will reach a local peak here and then undergo a correction before truly pushing towards a historical high. I still believe that after some consolidation, everything will continue to go up.
