Attention tonight is whether we will enter a new round of upward momentum or if today’s positive news will lead to a downturn; this week, we focus on the announcement of the U.S. April-end seasonally adjusted CPI year-on-year on May 13 (20:30).
From the perspective of capital inflow, last week, Bitcoin spot ETF had a net inflow of $599 million, with inflows showing a declining trend for two consecutive weeks. As the cost of turnover increases, to push the price higher, an exponential increase in capital is needed;
From a technical perspective, we previously mentioned that BTC is starting a new trend. This small-scale movement is in the range of 104300-102300, and a new rise is expected to begin. Therefore, our long position at 102300 has basically taken a full profit (102300-105000). We are currently still in this range, but the bottom is gradually rising, and the bottom has now risen to 103500, while the resistance level above is around 105000. We should pay attention to the trend after the U.S. stock market opens tonight. If it breaks through and stabilizes above 105000, the next target will be the previous high (110000). If it actually falls below 103500, it may pull back to below 98000; from a larger perspective, the trend that started at 74500 could possibly reach above 115000. Of course, this requires observing the subsequent volume. Breaking through the previous high requires very strong demand; however, regardless of how much it rises, this larger trend can be viewed as the later stage of this bull market, so be sure to set stop-loss and take-profit levels carefully;
Today's trading plan: Go long below 104000, with a stop-loss at 103500. After stabilizing above 104000, target above 110000.
