The bill, titled 'Cryptocurrency Corruption Prevention Act of 2025,' prohibits a wide range of high-ranking officials from issuing, promoting, or endorsing cryptocurrencies. This list includes the president, vice president, members of Congress, and elected appointees of the executive branch. These same restrictions will apply to their spouses and children even a year after they leave office.
