You will be responsible for

Operations responsibilities:

1. Full lifecycle management of servers and middleware: responsible for real-time monitoring, fault diagnosis, and performance tuning of servers, ensuring high availability of middleware such as Clickhouse, Kafka, Redis, etc., and ensuring that the system has low latency responses and high concurrency processing capabilities.

2. On-chain data technology selection and architecture optimization: based on the characteristics of the Web3 ecosystem, lead server hardware selection, middleware component selection, and data parsing solution design; propose performance optimization strategies for data collection, transmission, and storage processes to enhance data processing efficiency.

3. Data storage architecture maintenance: optimize the table structure design and indexing strategy of ClickHouse, Postgres, and Mongo to achieve efficient data entry, stable storage, and fast querying, ensuring the reliability and scalability of the data storage system.

Backend responsibilities:

1. Backend business data processing and development: design and develop highly available and high-performance data processing modules based on business needs, implementing efficient statistics and analysis of complex business logic to support the core functions of the on-chain data analysis platform.

2. Cross-team collaboration to link product and frontend teams, collect market feedback and user requirements, promote iterations of backend technical solutions, and ensure alignment between technical implementation and product roadmap.

Ideal candidate:

1. Web3 specialized experience: preference for those with deployment experience in the Solana ecosystem, must have capabilities in building Solana nodes, optimizing RPC services, and designing and selecting high-performance on-chain data parsing solutions;

2. Familiar with Solana ecosystem toolchain (such as solana-validator, Anchor framework).

3. Containerization and deployment capabilities: proficient in using Docker Compose/K8s for container deployment and cluster management, well-versed in CI/CD processes, with capabilities in automated deployment, configuration management, and fault handling for middleware components.

4. Core technical abilities: proficient in the underlying principles, architecture design, and practical application of Kafka, ClickHouse, Postgres, Redis, and Mongo, with development and operations experience in multiple projects, capable of independently solving complex technical problems.

5. System operation and maintenance capabilities: proficient in Linux operating system, skilled in server configuration, resource scheduling, security hardening, and monitoring system construction; familiar with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.

6. Backend development capabilities: proficient in at least one backend development language (such as Go, JS), with good coding standards, modular development thinking, and unit testing capabilities, able to efficiently implement business requirements.

7. Distributed system experience: familiar with distributed systems and microservices architecture design, with experience in system design, development, and performance optimization in high concurrency and big data scenarios, ensuring system scalability and stability.
