Elon Musk Confirms ‘Quiet Trial’ of $TRUMP ’s $5M Gold Citizenship Card
A New Gateway to U.S. Citizenship
Elon Musk has confirmed that the highly anticipated Trump Gold Card—a $5 million fast-track to U.S. citizenship—is undergoing a quiet trial phase. The initiative, led by former President Donald Trump, is positioned as an elite alternative to traditional immigration paths, bypassing red tape with wealth and exclusivity.
Musk's Role in the Rollout
Musk, who has overseen the technical infrastructure for the program, noted that testing is underway to ensure system reliability. Once finalized, the platform will go live, accompanied by a formal presidential announcement.
“No Backlogs, Just Cash and Credentials”
Described as the “high-roller fast lane to U.S. residency”, the gold card promises expedited access with no quotas or waitlists. Applicants gain entry by purchasing the card for $5 million, offering them elite-level vetting and exemption from U.S. taxes on overseas income.
Replacing the EB-5 Program
The card is designed to overhaul the current EB-5 visa program, which requires both substantial investment and job creation. Unlike the EB-5, the gold card doesn’t mandate job creation, appealing to ultra-wealthy individuals seeking a simplified path to citizenship.
Strong Early Demand
According to early claims, 1,000 gold cards have already been sold, signaling strong interest among global elites. Trump emphasized that cardholders will be wealthy individuals expected to spend heavily and contribute to U.S. tax revenue through domestic income.
