Volatile markets: should we wait, sell, or buy strategically?
In times like this, where macroeconomic news (such as Fed decisions or geopolitical tensions) shake the market, many wonder:
What is worth investing in when everything is moving so strongly?
Here are 3 keys that I use to identify solid projects amid the storm:
1. Real use cases
Does the token solve a real problem? Is there demand in the crypto world or outside of it? E.g.: Chainlink (LINK) continues to forge partnerships and use cases in DeFi, even in a bear market.
2. Active community and constant development
It's not just about the hype. If the GitHub is active and there are frequent updates, it's a good sign.
E.g.: Arbitrum (ARB) and Polygon (MATIC) keep building despite the volatility.
3. Liquidity and backing
Tokens with good capitalization, listed on reliable exchanges, and that do not depend on a single whale.
E.g.: AVAX, ETH, XRP maintain strong liquidity and institutional visibility.
My current approach:
I diversify into 2 or 3 projects with solid fundamentals and leave room for staggered purchases if it drops further.
