I grew up amid hardships, in Fuerte Apache, where sometimes the future seemed like a cruel joke. But I swore that if I made it, no one in my family would ever go through the same again. And I kept that promise: I gave a house to each one of them. Not a big one for all. One for each person who stood by me from the mud. 🧱💪
There were 14 houses. 14 keys. 14 different tears. Every door that my parents, my siblings, my cousins opened… was a door I closed to the past. To poverty. To fear. To hunger. To cold nights without gas. 🗝️🏡
When I saw my mom enter her own house, without owing anything to anyone, I understood that true luxury is not in expensive cars or watches. It’s in seeing those who always supported you when you had nothing smile. 😢❤️
