Originally planned to finish with a profit of 1400, but it felt a bit early so I wanted to make another trade. I took out a profit of 1150 and set a half-hour alarm to finish work, planning to risk the last 250 profit to aim for 1600. If I lose, I'll just consider today as earning only 1150.
The last trade seemed to be winning but then it dropped (my mistake, the downtrend was clear, and the support level where I entered had been tested multiple times and was unstable)
This triggered loss aversion; although the last three trades hit 1590, risking a loss of 800u to gain a profit of 190u is truly foolish.
Finished work for today, need to calm my mind.
