Brothers, the altcoin season has come early. Last night, I repeatedly reviewed and confirmed the structure and trend, and then I closed all my altcoin positions including MEME, T, MAGIC, SYN, HIGH, VTHO, MBOX. When I closed these coins, only MAGIC and SYN had slight losses, while the others were profitable. I then switched to GALA, INJ, and POL.
The logic for switching positions, for example with MEME, I previously saw a 10x potential. In the past few days, it performed the best among my holdings, but it couldn't withstand the main force continuously selling. I believe it doesn't conform to the logic of a bull market (nor to the logic of rotation), and it may have reached a peak stage (unless the main force re-enters). The current rise is likely just following the market trend, and the other coins are similar. Although the future potential for growth is good, I believe the liquidity in the current market is still insufficient, and hot money will still concentrate on higher quality coins. Therefore, I decisively abandoned these third-tier altcoins.
The reasons for selecting GALA, INJ, and POL are that they are all ranked in the top 100 by market capitalization, have strong backing, and high retail participation. They are considered second-tier altcoins and possess three times the potential.
The reason I did not select ETH, DOGE, and SOL, although they are first-tier altcoins, is that their growth potential is limited to around 1x.
Finally, I would like to add that this is investment advice, and you bear the risks yourself.
