GM! Senate is scheduled to go ahead with its scheduled cloture vote on the motion to proceed to the GENIUS Act this afternoon at 1:45PM EST. I’m told it’s looking like a ‘photo finish’ following late night negotiations between Senate R’s and D’s and a few last minute text updates, but that members are preparing for anything.
