◽️The US will reduce tariffs on cars made in the UK from 25% to 10%.
◽️British car manufacturers will receive an export quota of 100,000 tons at lower rates.
◽️The US will reduce tariffs on Range Rover and other cars made in the UK to 0%.
◽️The tariff on steel exports from the UK will also be reduced, although the rate has not yet been finalized.
◽️The reduction of US tariffs for the UK will be part of a 12-month temporary agreement before the parties agree on a “comprehensive trade agreement in the coming months.”
◽️The UK and the US will reduce tariffs on the import and export of beef to nearly zero levels, although the UK will not allow the import of hormone-treated beef (Telegraph)
