American President Donald Trump has signed a trade deal with the United Kingdom — the first of dozens of countries against which Trump initially declared a trade war, and then paused for three months for negotiations on concessions, reports BBC news.

Trump described the agreement as 'complete and comprehensive,' however, economists and experts warn that this is merely a quick deal with him personally, rather than a trade agreement between countries — such documents are negotiated over years and approved by parliaments.

They remind us that Trump easily tears apart even truly comprehensive trade unions, and therefore the deal announced on Thursday is more symbolic and political in nature than economic and trade-related.

It allows Trump to assert that his trade war is yielding dividends for America, and countries are lining up one by one seeking leniency. For the British authorities, on the other hand, the political benefit will come from the fact that they were the first to reach an agreement with Trump, although the price of this agreement has not yet been announced.#StripeStablecoinAccounts
