The subtitle is for Allah (1) who is the Sustainer of all worlds. (2)

(1) In الْحَمْدُ, the 'al' is for comprehensiveness or specification, meaning all praises are for Allah, or they are specific to Him, because the true deserving and worthy of praise is only Allah. If someone has any virtue, beauty, or perfection, it is also created by Allah, so He alone deserves the praise. 'Allah' is the personal name of Allah, and its use for anyone else is not permissible. الْحَمْدُ للهِ is a phrase of gratitude that holds great merit in the Hadiths. In one Hadith, it is stated that لا إِلَهَ إلا اللهُ is the best remembrance and الْحَمْدُ للهِ is called the best supplication. (Tirmidhi, Nasai, etc.) In the narration of Sahih Muslim and Nasai, it is said: «الْحَمْدُ للهِ تَمْلأُ الْمِيزَانَ» ' الْحَمْدُ للهِ fills the scale.' That is why in another Hadith, it is stated that Allah loves it when a servant praises Him for every meal and drink. (Sahih Muslim).

(2) رَبِّ is one of the names of Allah, which means the one who creates everything and provides for its needs and leads it to completion. Its use without addition for anyone else is not permissible. عَالَمِينَ is the plural of عَالَمٌ (world). Generally, the collection of all creatures is called a world, which is why its plural is not brought.
