Aleksandar Vučić is the President of Serbia.
Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva is the president of Brazil.
Mahmoud Abbas is the President of Palestine.
Miguel Diaz-Canel is the president of Cuba.
Nicolas Maduro is the president of Venezuela.
Abdel Fattah al-Sisi is the president of Egypt.
Ibrahim Traore is the acting president of Burkina Faso.

In total, according to Russian sources, at least 29 world leaders or high-ranking officials are expected to attend the parade. The list is subject to change, as the Kremlin has not yet released the final list of guests. For example, Donald Trump and Antonio Guterres (UN Secretary-General) received invitations but declined.
This event is part of Russian propaganda, where Putin is trying to demonstrate international support, although most Western countries and the anti-Hitler coalition are ignoring the parade due to the war in Ukraine.
