The market is supposed to already be aware of the forecasts and they are already being taken into account when determining the price. But. However, the final decision to keep the interest rate unchanged may lead to its decline.

But what if the rate is suddenly cut? Or, for example, they hint in their speech at the possibility of a cut in the future.

It's possible that the market will react sharply upward immediately after the announcement.
