Is the level 1 meme candlestick really useful? — Valuable Analysis
There are always people who tell me that level 1 candlesticks are useless.
That’s because you’ve played it wrong; you’ve been dealing with low-quality stocks, with very small market capitalization and no funds from major players. Anyone entering or exiting can affect the candlestick.
The real stocks controlled by major players will show great candlesticks.
And skilled retail investors can judge the actions of major players through candlesticks.
I’ll take today’s $mog as an example.
From my perspective, looking at the candlestick, I can predict the actions of the major players.
1. Accumulating shares and conducting a test rally.
This major player is not the original major player; from my perspective, I see that this stock is decent and then came to pick it up.
First, when a big bearish candle was directly smashed out in front, this stock should have been finished.
But the major player came in, protecting the stock and accumulating shares through DCA, continuously accumulating between 500k-800k, getting satisfactory chips.
2. The first wave of test rally.
From 700k, it was pulled up to over 1m. Okay, indeed a lot of funds in the market followed, so the major player had the motivation to push this stock further.
Since this is a wild major player, after testing the rally, he found that this stock can work.
The concept is excellent, and the market's following strength is also significant, so there is something to play with.
3. High-level fluctuations.
Since it is a wild major player entering, it is necessary to shake out the trapped/panic stocks from earlier.
This batch of stocks is very weak-handed and very scared. They see the price rising, but the average price is very high. What should they do?
They must be shaken out to get rid of this batch.
So, as I mentioned in my quote, I predicted that there would be a period of horizontal fluctuation at this position, in this range.
The goal is to shake these people out so that the subsequent rally won’t be burdened.
4. Big bullish call, the art is complete.
The operation method of this major player is very classic and in line with my thoughts.
After shaking out the trapped/panic chips, the rally becomes art.
Directly pulling up with several violent bullish candles.
This stock has completed what I envisioned.
At this point — the art is complete.
