Several representatives from the United States have expressed their recognition and praise for the operation that resulted in the release of hostages who were in the Argentine embassy in Caracas, Venezuela. Secretary of State Marco Rubio confirmed that the five Venezuelan opposition members, who had sought refuge in the Argentine diplomatic headquarters for months, are now safe in U.S. territory.

Undersecretary of State Christopher Landau also publicly congratulated the team that carried out the mission, highlighting the difficult situation the refugees were living in. Congress members and senators from various states joined these expressions of relief and satisfaction for the success of the operation, emphasizing the bravery of the rescued individuals and condemning the actions of the Chavista regime.
