Why is the advertising fee for borderline content higher than mine?
Recently, during the order distribution process, several people asked me this question?
When this industry started, it focused on narratives and visions. We began researching Byzantine consensus, debating whether Polkadot's parachain slots are better than Cosmos, and discussing Ethereum's protocol revenue.
In an era where VCs have collapsed and project parties are dumping their assets, is there still trust?
We argue that investment research needs a 'because' and 'therefore,' but readers neither trust whether the depth of technology can create value nor have the patience to follow your reasoning that step 1 is correct and step 2 is correct.
The rise of memes also confirms the path of dissemination.
I just need identity, context, and involvement, then raise my voice to guide emotions, and there will be fans and traffic. Perhaps they don't even know how to control group psychology; they just know this is the most useful way.
And how do those who pay for advertising think:
There are no answers in depth, but there is data.
I can't spend 50k for you to bring 100k in volume; as long as there's hype, any angle will work.
I always remember a tweet that said:
Short $baby, because our love feels like a roller coaster.
Such a simple tweet, with 37k views; I don't know how many truly recognized it and converted it into action.
I have to admit that logic and depth seem very pale in the current context.
Of course, I know how to generate traffic, gain followers, and create abstractions, but in managing this Twitter account, I did not prioritize followers and traffic as the first element.
This account hasn’t even had a cold start from a white account, unlike a blue V account.
I have my ideals and still hope to write systematically about trading and my thoughts on projects.
You choose for yourselves, but do good deeds and don’t ask about the future.
