My opinion:

The ban should be considered specifically for cases where there is a conflict of interest and the use of political power for personal enrichment. An absolute ban may be excessive, but strict regulation and transparency are essential. Especially when it comes to meme coins, which inherently have no practical value and are created rather for hype and political influence.
