May 7th, Wednesday Hongding Trading Strategy:
Yesterday I also mentioned that the 952 point is critical. There’s nothing wrong with a bullish approach after a breakout. There’s also an opportunity to go long near 930. I didn’t expect Ethereum not to spike; after hitting the support at 1750, it started to rise. The strategy is still sound, but I guess some will say I’m speaking after the fact!
Today, I will still focus on 951-952. Just go long when it's near. The range is about 950-955. If it pulls back, continue to look for bullish opportunities. Currently, at the 964 line, we can short once and then observe the breakout situation near 952, and then go long again. Set the stop loss at 500 points, regardless of whether it’s long or short, follow this strategy before the US market opens.
There’s also the Federal Reserve meeting early this morning, so everyone should manage their risks well. For Ethereum, I won’t provide a specific point today; just follow Bitcoin to go long!
