Analysis of Altcoin Market Capitalization Ratio Trend
Since April 9th, although Bitcoin has maintained a high level of volatility and a significant overall upward trend, the market capitalization ratio of altcoins has not risen in sync but instead has further declined since that date.
Currently, BTC is consolidating below a high neckline, and altcoins lack a core narrative drive, making it difficult to form an independent upward logic.
Under this pattern, it is unlikely for altcoins' market share to show breakthrough performance in the short term, and it may continue to be under pressure due to increased Bitcoin volatility, with only localized structural opportunities existing.
However, if Bitcoin successfully initiates a new bull market in the second half of the year, it is expected that the altcoin market will welcome a recovery opportunity by the end of the year, and the market capitalization ratio is likely to rebound.
