Day 1 Tari Launch Thoughts:

Today the Tari Universe mainnet launched, it’s something I thought I’d never see. The old days of PoW blockchains and mining were almost mythical at this point, especially to the newer cycles. The Bitcoin asic wars had left the small guy on the sidelines.

Now we have a new “TGE” born out of sweat, the network is literally a breathing thing in the hands of its users. I fell in love with Bitcoin and crypto because of mining at home. There’s nothing like it.

Enter Tari and we have a legit cypherpunk network that’s been in the works for 7 years that is not only an innovative feat but doubly accessible for the smallest network contributor. A user friendly experience to mine, participate and be rewarded without being boxed out by huge farms or investors. Getting my first bitcoin from mining was the red pill. And this won’t be any different for the next generation.

You better crack open that laptop or PC and throw some hash power at this network, it just launched hours ago and is gaining traction fast. As Satoshi once said “It might make sense to get some in case it catches on.”
