When you can earn twenty to thirty thousand in a day, you will realize that hard work alone cannot generate great wealth; it can only solve basic needs. Great wealth relies on intelligence, vision, and opportunity.
The I Ching says: "Small wealth relies on diligence, great wealth relies on virtue; without thick virtue, there is nothing to support."
Those who earn money by selling time and labor can only make a little wealth.
A person has limited time each day, limited energy, and cannot be everywhere at once.
There are so many hardworking young people, but they haven't become very wealthy; this is actually the reason.
According to surveys, the reasons most people cannot get rich are roughly as follows:
✅1. The entire family lacks a guide. In today's society, it's very difficult to start from scratch; if one lacks a guide, everything requires self-exploration.
After struggling through half a lifetime, just when I can understand some social rules, I find that I have fallen behind my peers by several levels. If one's family has been in business for generations, or if they have talents in various fields, then they will start ahead of others.
✅2. Not understanding the logic of making money. Only understanding that money can be earned through physical effort and time, without clarity on the laws of economic operation, the logic of rising prices, and even less understanding of what is the trend of the times.
✅3. A habitual tendency to take without giving, always relying on others, hoping that someone around them can succeed and then bring them along, without focusing on their own growth.
✅4. The family does not value education, has no reverence for knowledge, and believes that knowledge is actually useless.
✅5. Lacking a sense of crisis. When young, messing around, staying up late, not cherishing one’s health, and when old, suffering from illness, beginning to trade money for time.
✅6. Lack of awareness and limited thinking.
✅7. Lacking a high-quality network.
Most people's thinking is confined to their original family background, and is limited by their inherent experience and understanding.
Therefore, we cannot see the channels for making money, cannot open up our thinking for earning money, and can only work step by step like our parents, to support ourselves and our families.
However, the underlying logic of making more money is definitely not about selling time and labor but rather about breaking through limitations through thinking and ability, extending infinitely.
To make big money, one must find ways to expand their thinking and awareness, to awaken oneself, and to think more critically about problems.
