How to Keep Your CryptoSafe

One wrongmove can cost you everything in crypto—read this before it’s too late.

Your crypto is your responsibility. Here’s a quick checklist to keep your assets secure:

1. *Use a strong, unique password*: Make it complex, and don’t reuse it. A password manager can save your life (and coins).

2. *Turn on 2FA*: Always use Google Authenticator or Authy—not SMS. This extralayer can block most hacks.

3. *Don’t leave your crypto on exchanges*: Exchanges are for trading, not storage. For long-term holding, get a hardware wallet like Ledger or Trezor.

4. *Protect your seed phrase like gold*: Write it on paper, store it securely, and NEVER share it. If someone gets it, they own your crypto.

5. *Beware of scams and fake links*: Phishing is everywhere. Always double-check URLs before logging in. If it feels off, it probably is.

6. *Keep your devices clean*: Update regularly. Don’t install sketchy apps or extensions. Antivirus helps too.

7. *Use trusted platforms only*: There are a lot of shady wallets out there. Stick to well-known names—and always DYOR (Do Your Own Research).
