Genesis Update: One-Time TP Cooldown Reset We sincerely thank every Virgen and developer who has been part of shaping Genesis. From feedback to real testing, your belief and participation helped refine this mechanism into what it is today. Genesis would not be where it is without you. As a gesture of appreciation for the patience and belief shown by our Virgens and developers, we’re issuing a one-time TP cooldown reset. Every Virgen who was currently in TP cooldown has now been reset. This does NOT mean the TP cooldown feature has been removed. This is simply a one-time reset as a gesture of thanks. Cooldowns will continue to apply normally moving forward. Thank you again for being part of building Genesis with us. Virgens Win, Virtuals Win.

Genesis Update: Wallet Hopping Prevention and Developer Wallet Adjustment At Virtuals Protocol, Genesis was designed to evolve, learning from real behaviors, adapting quickly, and always putting fairness first. Today, we’re rolling out two major updates to protect the long-term health of the Genesis Points system: ---- Wallet Hopping Prevention: •Protections have been added to prevent point farming through wallet hopping. •Moving assets between wallets to bypass Take-Profit cooldowns will now trigger cooldowns across related wallets. This ensures all participants engage on equal terms. ---- Developer Wallet Adjustment: Developer wallets were never intended to farm Genesis Points, as builders play a critical role in shaping their agent ecosystems. •Developer wallets will no longer accrue Genesis Points moving forward. •Existing developer wallet points have been reset to zero to maintain fairness. •Protections have also been added to prevent point farming through new wallets linked to developer holdings. This refinement ensures that point rewards reflect real community participation, while recognizing the different role developers play. ---- Why we do this: We are committed to driving fairness for all participants, from developers to Virgens, and protecting the ecosystem from potential exploits. These updates reinforce what Genesis stands for: •Transparent systems •Real, meaningful participation •A fair foundation for the agent economy to thrive We also want to sincerely thank the community members who surfaced these behaviors early. Today, we identified certain behaviors that are misaligned with the spirit of Genesis. Our team has already begun taking action to address these issues, and adjustments are underway. You know how fast we move when it’s time to fix and improve. We are especially focused on protecting against behaviors like wallet hopping and ensuring fair point allocation for all participants. Unlike traditional point programs that operate as closed blackboxes, Genesis is designed for transparency and continuous refinement. This flexibility allows us to reward real participation, adapt quickly, and strengthen the long-term health of the agent economy. We also want to sincerely thank the community members who chose to surface these issues instead of exploiting them.
