👉Binance Reconsiders Privacy Coin Ban in Europe

✍️Recently, Binance had announced plans to delist several privacy coins in European countries like France, Italy, Spain, and Poland due to local regulations. These rules require crypto platforms to track transactions, which privacy coins like Monero (XMR), Zcash (ZEC), and Dash (DASH) are designed to keep private.

But here’s the good news:🎉 after hearing feedback from the community and the teams behind these projects, Binance has decided to reverse this decision for some coins.

Now, coins like Zcash (ZEC), Dash (DASH), Decred (DCR), Verge (XVG), PIVX, Navcoin (NAV), and Secret (SCRT) will remain tradable in the affected EU countries.

However, a few privacy coins—including Monero (XMR), Beam (BEAM), Firo (FIRO), MobileCoin (MOB), and Horizen (ZEN)—will still face restrictions due to ongoing regulatory concerns.

This move comes as the European Union gears up for its new crypto regulations under the MiCA framework, which aims to bring more clarity and oversight to the space.

It’s a reminder that crypto is evolving—and exchanges like Binance are trying to find the right balance between innovation, user privacy, and regulatory compliance.
